D&G Consulting is a company  devoted to carrying out factual market research in the PVC window, door, conservatory, roofline and rainwater products sectors.

The principals are David Amos and Godfrey Arnold who have been involved in these sectors over 12 years and have previously worked on market sector reports in conjunction with Michael Rigby Associates.  In 2008 Michael Rigby Associates divested the market research report business.  D&G Consulting was formed to continue producing market reports  utilising the considerable body of information which had already been accumulated.

The reports produced are the result of rigorous research based on a deep knowledge of the markets.

D&G Consulting are totally independent and ensure there is no conflict of interest with any company.

David Amos is an engineer who spent most of his career managing production operations in the international automotive industry.  In recent year he has carried out consulting and research within the wider construction materials industry – including plastics, concrete, timber and builders merchants.

Godfrey Arnold has spent most of his working life in the PVC industry the majority of this period being with the largest PVC manufacturers in Europe where he was responsible for technical service and market development on a pan European basis.   He has extensive experience of the window profile and roofline sector and was a founder member of the BPF Windows Group, where he was Vice Chairman of its Group Management Committee.  He has given papers on the European PVC window markets at major international conferences.
